CJSC “SI-EL” offers a multi-level, client-oriented management system for the technical condition of the lifting or similar equipment, depending on the involvement in the processes of achieving the key performance indicators of the Client:

  • Inspection / audit of equipment or existing maintenance and repair system ; One-time work on repair / upgrades.
  • Periodic monitoring of the technical condition of equipment.
  • Periodic maintenance with a fixed amount of work.
  • Periodic maintenance with payment depending on the client’s targets.
  • Service with full responsibility for the technical condition and operation of the equipment.

One-time repair (inspection) of lifting equipment

One-time inspection (audit) of the maintenance system:

  • Technical inspection of equipment.
  • Analysis of the cost of ownership of equipment:
    • Analysis of the management structure of maintenance and repair;
    • Analysis of Risks

This work includes work on the program “SI-EL Retrofit” – gradual improvement / recovery of equipment characteristics based on modern solutions.

Periodic maintenance and repair of lifting equipment

  • Periodic inspections of equipment in conjunction with a report on the technical condition of the inspected equipment, analysis of operation and the scope of recommended work and spare parts.
  • This level of the contract may include installation of  system for diagnostics and monitoring equipment (vibration diagnostics, temperature, oil analysis). This installation significantly improves the quality of information and reduces downtime for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintenance and repairs are carried out by the Customer’s stuff.

Maintenance of cranes

Along with carrying out works on scheduled maintenance and repair, this level of service includes, if necessary:

  • On duty (at the customer’s home or facility);
  • 24/7;
  • Repairs;
  • Wear parts.

Spare parts and work on major repairs and equipment reconstruction (change of technical characteristics) are not included in this level.

Periodic maintenance of cranes with payment for the result

  • Full responsibility for the technical condition of the equipment (including all works and spare parts, except for reconstruction and major repairs);
  • Monthly payments may include a variable component of the Customer’s key indicators (% of equipment availability, quantity of shipped products, etc.).

Full maintenance of load-lifting machines and mechanisms in the ``all-inclusive`` system

  • Full responsibility for the operation and technical condition of the equipment, including all works, spare parts and operation, except for reconstruction and major repairs;
  • Payments depend on the Customer’s key indicators (% of equipment availability, quantity of shipped products, etc.). As a rule, this level is used after 3-5 years of successful history of fulfilling contracts with the customer.
